Highmark Inc., one of the nation's largest insurer's, settled a whistleblower suit filed by Elizabeth Drescher for $4,547,954.  The suit alleged irregularities in Highmark's handling of certain Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) claims.  Drescher will receive $818,631.72 for her role in the case and was represented by Kreindler & Associates.   More information on the settlement can be obtained here.
