Confidentiality

We are well aware of the difficult ordeal that is often faced by whistleblowers during their admirable efforts to stop fraud. As a result, we are particularly sensitive to confidentiality issues and make a special effort to treat all information received from clients and potential clients with utmost care to preserve the confidentiality under which it was provided. Although it goes without saying, our commitment and obligation to maintain such confidentiality extends to all cases we consider, including those for which we are not retained.

As a matter of law, all communications between you and Kreindler & Associates, while you consider retaining counsel and while we evaluate your allegations, are protected from disclosure by a legal doctrine known as the attorney-client privilege. That privilege belongs to you and prevents us from disclosing or using any information we receive from you without your authorization, regardless of whether you retain us.
