Since 1994, Mitch Kreindler has devoted his law practice exclusively to representing whistleblowers in qui tam suits under the False Claims Act. Suits by Mitch’s clients have returned over $65 million to the United States Treasury. In 2000, Mitch established Kreindler & Associates, P.C. in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to better serve his clients. In July 2001, the firm expanded by opening an office in Houston, Texas.

From 1998 to 2000, Mitch headed the qui tam practice at Phebus & Winkelmann, a Pennsylvania and Illinois litigation boutique. From 1994 to 1997, Mitch worked in Washington, D.C. at Phillips & Cohen, whose practice is devoted exclusively to bringing qui tam cases. Mitch also was associated with Wiley, Rein & Fielding in Washington, D.C. from 1989 until 1994, where he handled a variety of complex litigation matters. He began his career in 1987 with Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis in Washington, D.C.

Mitch received his BBA in Accounting and Business Honors in 1984 from the University of Texas at Austin where he served a term as Student Body President. In 1987, he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review. Mitch also has served on the Boards of Directors of the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless and the Homeless Children's Tutorial Project, and chaired fundraising drives for the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia in 1993 and 1994.

He is currently licensed to practice in Texas and Pennsylvania and previously was licensed to practice in Maryland (1987-2004) and the District of Columbia (1988-2005). At the federal level, Mitch is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals of the District of Columbia Circuit and Fourth Circuit, and District Courts in the District of Columbia, District of Colorado, District of Maryland, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Eastern District of Texas.
