Since
1994, Mitch Kreindler has devoted his law practice exclusively
to representing whistleblowers in qui tam suits under the False
Claims Act. Suits by Mitchs clients have returned over
$65 million to the United States Treasury. In 2000, Mitch established
Kreindler & Associates, P.C. in the suburbs of Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania to better serve his clients. In July 2001, the firm
expanded by opening an office in Houston, Texas.
From
1998 to 2000, Mitch headed the qui tam practice at Phebus &
Winkelmann, a Pennsylvania and Illinois litigation boutique. From
1994 to 1997, Mitch worked in Washington, D.C. at Phillips &
Cohen, whose practice is devoted exclusively to bringing qui tam
cases. Mitch also was associated with Wiley, Rein & Fielding
in Washington, D.C. from 1989 until 1994, where he handled a variety
of complex litigation matters. He began his career in 1987 with
Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis in Washington, D.C.
